I am a bookaholic and I admit I have a problem, but I do not want help resolving this problem because honestly it's an amazing problem that involves an ever-expanding library with thousands of tales to be read.
Would you rather lend books to someone who dog-ears pages or to someone who reads with cheesy Cheetos fingers?
I would rather lend books to someone who dog-ears pages because hopefully not as many pages will be irrevocably ruined as a result.
Would you rather be able to meet one character of your choice or meet one author of your choice?
I would rather meet one character of my choice because sometimes I feel as though I relate more to the characters than the authors. I think I would feel awkward meeting an author whereas if I was meeting a beloved character it would feel like coming home.
Would you rather never be allowed in a book store again or never be allowed in a library again?
I would rather never be allowed in a library again because unfortunately I just do not frequent the library as much as I did in my childhood so I probably wouldn’t miss it as much as by drug dealer (I mean the bookstore).
Would you rather have to choose one of your favorite characters to die in their book or have to pick one of your favorite couples to break up in their book?
I would rather choose one of my favorite characters to die because death is an eventual fact of life and does not necessarily have to be seen as final...love can transcend death...and sometimes love can be undead, too.
Would you rather be required to read Twilight once a year for the rest of your life or The Scarlet Letter once a year for the rest of your life?
I would rather be required to read Twilight once a year for the rest of my life because I actually finished that book...unlike the Scarlet Letter that I have to DNF because I just couldn’t...not even once in my life.
